Exhibit at Turun Messut – Turku General Fair 2019

In August 2017, the biggest four-day general fair in Finland was filled with nice experiences, joyful spirit and great purchases for visitors. This year the event  attracted almost 18,000 visitors and approximately 180 exhibitors. The fair has been held since 1960s and is one of the best-known event brands of the region. Next Turku General Fair will be held in August 2019.

Turku Fair Center is full during Turku General Fair. Four indoor halls and outdoor area together guarantees easy access and create a huge event atmosphere. All areas are themed for an easier shopping experience. Impressive action shows produced by the Finnish Defence Forces as well as their widely known delicious doughnuts and soup kitchen outdoors are already a tradition.

The whole family will enjoy their stay in Turku General Fair 2019. Fashion shows, concerts and musical performances together with many other numbers keep the visitors interested and are sure to be remembered.


Assembly times

Wednesday 21st of August from 8 am to 4 pm
Thursday 22nd of August from 8 am to 10 pm (office services until 9 p.m.)

  • Exhibition stands must be completed by 10 p.m. on Thursday, 22nd of August. The exhibition halls will not be accessible by vehicles on Friday, 23rd August.
  • If an exhibitor exceeds the deadline, they will be charged EUR 45 (+ VAT) for each hour beyond the deadline.
  • Any extensions to the deadline must always be negotiated with the fair management.

Disassembly times

Sunday 25th of August from 6 pm to 10 pm
Monday 26th of August from 8 am to 8 pm
Tuesday 27th of August from 8 am to 4 pm

Access for exhibitors to the exhibition halls during the event

Friday, 23rd of August from 8 am
Saturday, 24th of August from 9 am
Sunday, 25th of August from 9 am
