Become an exhibitor at Turku Art & Antique Fair

Turku Art & Antique Fair will be held from 19 to 20 March 2022. The trade fair features a fascinating collection of art, antiques, old toys, coins and notes, vintage items and much more.

Reach thousands of collectors and people interested in interior design

In 2019, events attracted a total of around 9 000 visitors. According to the latest survey, every fifth visitor spent more than 100 euros at the fair. More than 60 % of visitors told, that said the fair influenced their later purchasing decision. The exhibitors were satisfied with the event and most of them responded that they would consider participating in the fair again.

Assembly times

  • Fri 18.3. from 8 am to 10 pm.

Exhibition stands must be completed by 10 pm on Friday. If an exhibitor exceeds the deadline, they will be charged EUR 45 (+ VAT) for each hour beyond the deadline. Any extensions to the deadline must always be negotiated with the fair management.

The exhibition halls will not be accessible by vehicles from Sat 19.3.

Disassembly times

  • Sun 20.3. from 5 pm to 10 pm.
  • Mon 21.3. from klo 8 am to 4 pm.

Entrance to the exhibitors

  • Sat 19.3. from 8 am.
  • Sun 20.3. from 9 am.

Fair Office and Exhibition Service

The Fair Office and Exhibition Service are located in the entrance hall of the Turku Fair Centre.

They serve exhibitors during assembly times as follows:

  • Fri 18.3. from 8 am to 9 pm (Exhibition Service until 10 pm).

During the fair, the office will be open during the general opening hours.
